Anjani has spent more than two decades building and running operations teams that work behind the scenes for U.S. businesses — from mortgage loan origination to back-office and transaction support for real estate professionals, and virtual bookkeeping for small businesses.
Anjani has set up and led delivery centers from scratch, written the process manuals they run on, and managed day-to-day relationships with U.S. clients. At OpsQuin, Anjani brings that playbook to property management: defined processes, clear deliverables, and a team that works as an extension of yours.
Virender is an operations executive who designs and scales service delivery for growing businesses. Over 25+ years, Virender has taken a mortgage servicing operation from a single desk to more than 550 people, with four consecutive zero-findings audits, and built operating models for founder-led companies in healthcare, accounting, and legal services.
Virender's focus is the operating system behind the work — SOPs, SLAs, governance, and unit economics that hold up as a business grows. At OpsQuin, that means shaping how every portfolio is run: consistently, measurably, and on the record.
